While serving my existing assignment with Columbia Asia Group of Hospitals in the field of International Business Development, I have gained knowledge, expertise and skills to develop markets across wide swathes of territories from Gulf Consortium of Countries (GCC) and Middle East, SAARC, 12 major countries from African Continent and the CIS.
Each market presents a unique marketing and business development challenge which taught me to apply market-specific plans while developing a tailored value-chain (media and promotion plan, network development, ATL/BTL marketing strategies, Digital and Social Media marketing etc.) in these markets. With efforts of my earnest and dedicated Team and by executing cohesive marketing plans, we have been able to achieve a CAGR of 28% for International Business at Columbia Asia Hospitals.
Leveraging my contacts and market knowledge, I can guide business ventures in their project feasibility studies for setting up healthcare institutions in these markets through competition benchmarking and market-mapping.
